I agree, but:
the treatment for this kind of colic is not to feed the baby according to a
rigid schedule, but to feed more often and in small amounts. That way there will
not be an overlaod in anything (water, lactose, whatever) and the fatcontent
will rise, thus reducing the relative high lactose.
My short time solution is to clear the breasts by pumping as much as possible
from both breasts. Then right away follow with the long term solution: feed the
baby very frequent and short one breast at a time.
