A zinc defiency can also result in a horrible rash and needs to be
checked out. I think using zinc oxide cream topically on rash (even though
this is coming from inside out and will not erradicate problem) and
breastfeeding mother taking zinc supplement and multi-vit with zinc is
helpful until she can have a knowledgable dermatologist verify cause. Is
mother possibly a vegetarian?
