I just read an article on Medscape that explains how  pasteurizing
HIV-infected breast milk at 60 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes using a
solar-powered device effectively inactivates HIV as well as pathogenic
bacteria. I am surprised that I haven't heard this on the news of late. Since
I haven't been on LACTNET for a while, I am wondering if this has already
