Tell your sister that the best thing she can do for her Downs baby is
nurse!  They are very prone to Upper Resp inf and OM, so BF is so important
for him.  Those extra IQ points from BF may make a critical difference for
his whole life!

Hematoma may be contributing to higher bili,. lots of extra blood for body
to process. Mom is A, what is baby? Total  is high, what are direct and
indirect #s ?

Anyway sounds like it is resolving now so keep on nursing and pumping until
