Jay, on the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine list a few weeks ago, a
gastroenterologist from down your way (somewhere in California), wrote that
they have given nursing mothers with babies intolerant to something in the
mother's diet pancrease 4, one tablet with each meal.  The idea is that the
pancrease breaks down the protein in the mother's food more completely, and
results in babies' being less colicky etc etc.  Sounds reasonable.
