Hi Everyone,
I am an LC that receives a number of referrals from an OB practice in
Tampa, Florida. Mothers have been coming directly to me and paying
privately. However, the OB office and I are trying to work out logistics, so
that I might be reimbursed through insurance, and actually work with them in
the office. I have just a small idea of what I am getting myself into, and I
would really appreciate more information from those out there who know what
they are doing. I am specifically interested in info from LCs who actually
work with OB practices, and know insurance codes. Basically I have been told
that if it can be done--they will try to work with me, so all I need is the
knowledge to get started. Please feel free to e-mail me privately at
<[log in to unmask]>. Thank you ahead of time! Debbie Albert, Ph.D., IBCLC
