Several posters have referred to Medications in Mother's Milk.  I
think it might be even more likely to be read if you would refer to
Tom's other book (which I think of as the reverse of MMM) Clinical
Therapy in Breastfeeding Mothers.  (I'm not sure if that's the exact
wording of the title and my copy is at work)  With this book the
anesthesiologist sould look under "Anesthetic agents" and read not
only general comments, but commentary on each of the commonly used
agents without having to look up each individual one as in MMM.
