Elisheva,

The Hebrew word for breastfeeding is "hanaka." It can be traced to the
Bible. The baby (tinok) "yonek." It means
"suckle" or "nurse." There is a different word for sucking -
"leemtzotz". To drink is "leeshtot." At the breast, we always use the
first term. For bottle fed babies, mothers say the baby "drinks"
("shoteh") from the bottle. But lately I have been hearing moms say
"nursing from the bottle" ("shoteh m' ha bakbook) - probably due to the
glut of bottle advertising. The companies have started calling their
product "nursing bottles" instead of baby bottles or just bottles. By
the way, LCs are called "yoetzot hanaka" or breastfeeding consultants.
I don't think there is a proper term for lactation (yet.)
