Staph epi is NORMAL SKIN FLORA and is always cultured from breastmilk!!!!
Up to 10,000 col/ml of normal skin flora is OK and NORMAL.  See AAP 2000
Redbook page 100, last line of paragraph 2:  "Routine culturing or heat
treatment of a mother's milk fed to her infant has not been demonstrated to
be necessary or cost-effective."
