Gonneke makes some good points about how to define "normal" or "abnormal" in
describing breast sizes...then, we have different sizes of nipple, and
different sizes of areola (some that baby entirely engulfs and some that a
dad would not be able to take the "whole thing" of!!).
How about we agree that there is just a wide variation on the norm??
