Pleease help!!! I remember reading somewhere a list of approved
abbreviations in lactation for charting. I know that they are somewhere
in my office or home (in boxes). If anyone could please direct me in
the right direction it would be so appreciated. The search is on. My
hospital will not approve 2 forms currently used in another hospital
until they have an approved list of abbreviations. The forms are for
use by the LC only. Examples of IBCLC, LC, fdg, pc wt. to name a few.
I would also like to comment on the endometriosis and bf. I personally
have been in this mom's situation and have found many helpful
suggestions, including diet and vitamin. Please feel free to have her
contact me privately if she wishes.
Thank you so much,
Mary Beth Collins
