I work as a non RN IBCLC , I make 15.00. Recently they were going to give all
the rn's 10% raise to keep them competitive and me 3/1/2% cost of living. I
am in the process of requesting a separate category in which to consider me
by. I like Jan B's post however. I do the same work as the RN IBclc at my
hospital, who makes 35%more than I . Plus I speak spanish !! I just keep
telling myself the reward is in helping the mother but sometimes.....
