The last step of the Mother-Friendly Childbirth Initiative *IS* the
Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative.  You can't be Mother-Friendly unless you
are already Baby-Friendly -- officially, I mean.  Of course, it may well be,
as Beadie suggests, that if you start with the earlier steps of
Mother-Friendly you can then get patients clamoring for Baby-Friendly.
