Your typo gave me a chuckle.  The subject heading really caught my
attention: Never have heard anything about diabetes associated with low
birth rates!!
     Tuesday I told my dentist to check out your web page, and mentioned
Brian Palmer's work and being published in JHL and maybe more places.  He
said he is perfectly willing to clip a frenulum and has done so on
several occasions!  Usually with older children, aged 4-6.  He did not
know it could help breastfeeding but had no qualms about clipping an
infant!   And I'd been afraid/hesitant to mention it before!  Serendipity
happens!
