Not so dumb if you've been lucky enough to avoid those administrative
positions. I say lucky because, personally, I prefer patient care & education
to administrative duties. That's administrative talk for a full-time
employee. At our hospital we have some who regularly work 8hrs/day for 5
days= 40 hrs. Others work 12hrs/day for 3 days= 36 hrs.
