A client whose 2 yr old weaned off one side about 4 months ago say that
breast is enlarging/firming, and her bra is snugger on that side.  She's
checking w/ her dr and has scheduled a mammogram, but in the meantime she's
wondering.  Says there's no particular lump - it all feels like fat - and
there's a marshmallow-sized puffiness near the armpit that may or may not
always have been there.  Her other side, the lactating breast, is soft and
floppy.  Any guesses?  Reestablishment of fatty tissue following involution?
 A need for lymph drainage like what we saw at ILCA in 99?  Something scary?
