People who have Lasik eye surgery lose some of their ability to see in the
dark. At least one state (California) is actively studying the issue of
whether to put restrictions on the driver's licenses of people who've had
lasik eye surgery saying that they aren't allowed to drive at night. No
decision has yet been made, but it's sure something to think about, and
something the lasik people probably aren't going to tell you.
