Sushi has been covered in great detail and is in the archives.

Why would we worry about this?  Is there any evidence that any bacterium
that a mother might acquire from any food would appear in her milk?  It
would mean she got a dose big enough to cause a bacteremia, which seems
unlikely to me.  Even then, the bacterial count of the milk would be
minimal.  And accompanied by antibodies, white cells and other host
resistance factors.
