Dear Friends:
Have any of you encountered a situation like this? Mom, still bf a
22-month old twice a day. Is doing some fertility work. Was taking:
    -Erythromycin (just in case)
-2 progesterone 200mg suppositories (which she will take until her pregna
- - 1 of 60 mg Medrol (for 5 days, which she just finished).
Her toddler is complaining about a reduced milk supply; wants to nurse
longer, complains in the middle of the feed and at the end of the feed about
less milk.
I thought it might have to do with the Medrol/progesterone combo, which
is telling her body to make less milk because it could be pregnant? What do
you all think?
Hoping that this is temporary, for this dyad's sake...
    Warmly,
Nikki Lee RN, MSN, Mother of 2, IBCLC, CIMI
