Oh Barb I wanted to do this sooooo bad when I was having trouble finding a
doctor to do my now 4 1/2 month old. I had nursed 2 other babies before my
4th came along with the very tight frenulum and also a high palate. I must
have made about two days worth of phone calls trying to find someone to do
it. I even called a pediatric dentist in our area and he told me they just
don't clip them anymore. I explained to him that it was causing me pain and
that I was afraid of milk production problems in the upcoming weeks if I did
not have it clipped. He pretty much hinted to just put the baby on
formula!!!!!

I finally found a very young pediatrician in our area that did it quickly in
her office. Thank goodness for her!
