Part of the problem with the Back to Sleep program is that parents are
taking it too literally.  They are putting babies on back exclusively.
Scared to put babies on stomachs at all!  We are seeing lots of funny
heads.  My motto is Back to sleep, front to play, makes a baby's head OK.
And yes, I am seeing it occassionally in BF babies.  (see I got BF in there
