This is clearly Morty Gould, Snr (there's a Morton Gould, Jnr; but he's a
film producer with a documentary - which i haven't seen - on his father to
his credit), vol.2.  A fun Naxos set with the Mississippi, Grand Canyon (a
truly underrated work; in the sense that even people who really like the
piece often miss just how brilliantly its put together) & Niagara Suites
is already available; but unfortunately i don't have the number at my
