Oh, Queens of Dietetic All, please help. Is Brewer's yeast the same thing
as the malt in malt beer? I had a sudden feeling that I was up to my old
mischief and taking something for granted..... It is easy and cheap to
get a hold of yummy malt beer here in Israel, but Brewer's yeast only
found among the pricey "herbals", and I hate to recommend to BF moms to
plunk down sizeable sums when one of the big selling points of BM is that
it's free! Before the summer gets much hotter..... And thanks, Beverley!
