Dianne, was this mom on Mag Sulfate, Procardia or Terbutaline to stop the labor?  Sometimes if these drugs are in the system, it delays the milk.  I sure wish someone got her pumping sooner, too!  At this point, I would continue to praise whatever bit she's getting.  Tell her to relax continue pumping frequently, and it should come in, hopefully today!  If nothing by Saturday, then maybe Reglan is in order.
