I have to admit, although I feel many malpractice suits here in the US are
unjustified (patients seem to feel "justified" in pursuing $$$ compensation
if an outcome is not what they desired, regardless of whether or not the
physician involved was negligent) I would say this woman SHOULD sue this
Surgeon.  I would think it HAS to be considered malpractice to operate on
anatomy that you don't understand, and promise an outcome that you SHOULD
know is unlikely!!!

Now, don't let me get started on the outrageous prevalence of women
mutilating their bodies to make them "more attractive"............
