Obscure labels like Naxos, Marco Polo, Hyperion, Chandos, BIS, ASV,
Olympia, Conifer, Claves, Ondine, Capriccio, cpo, Albany, ...? In runs
considerably more than a half dozen.  So maybe "some of it", yes, but
*most* of it, no.
