Actually, my husband has been carrying on a lively email discussion for a
number of years with the lead author of the study you mention (the one that
showed that a protein in breastmilk caused cancer cells to commit suicide (aka
"apoptosis") in vitro.  The discovery was almost accidental, but it was so
promising an avenue for cancer research that he has been pursuing it actively
ever since.  The author's name is Anders Hakansson, and the cite you want is
Hakansson A, et al., Apoptosis induced by a human milk protein, Proc Natl
Acad Sci U S A. 1995 Aug 15;92(17):8064-8.  He has just published another
article about his continued research on this protein: Hakansson A, et al.,
Multimeric alpha-lactalbumin from human milk induces apoptosis, Exp Cell Res
