Hello friends,
I had the baby friday afternoon,,,,wonderful, unmedicated home birth
Breastfeeding off to a smashing start, but over the course of yesterday and tonight, i have really gotten engorged.  Using breast shells to keep nipple and areola soft enough to latch,,,,helping some,,,,
babe is good nurser,,,strong suck,,,but only likes one side,,,,,nurses one side for about 30 min or about 4-5 letdowns and then sleeps for about 2 hours....

Stooling fine,,,,urinating well,,,,,well hydrated and very peaceful,,,,I'm really trying to follow her lead here,,,nursing when she wants for as long as she wants

Any suggestions to help the engorgement??
