A book that has been a good resource for getting things done for me has been
"Making Things Happen: The Guide for Members of Volunteer Organizations" by
Joan Wolfe, Brick House Publishing, Andover, MA, 1981.  My copy is ancient,
so don't know if there's another edition out.  Sure many others will respond
to you as well.
Too bad it has to be all about the money - how many moms and babies will lose
out because of this alliance?
