This mom needs to ask to her Immunologist about this.  The intravenous
immunoglobulin should be able to get to the baby through the placenta.  But
if she does not have functioning lymphocytes of her own,  they will not
produce antibodies specific to the illnesses she has recently been exposed
to, so there will not be in antibodies her milk.  BUT I would be sure to
emphasize to her all the other "good stuff" that's in there to help deter
infections in the baby!
