If a baby had galactosemia, wouldn't the negative effect of lactose in
breastmilk already be seen by three weeks of age?  And two weeks more to wait
for the test results while baby continues to breastfeed didn't make sense to
me if the possible sequelae of continued bf is brain damage ...
