The Evert It Nipple Enhancer can be obtained through the LLL catalog. I
believe it is just a fancy syringe turned inside out. You could probably
make one "home-made" by removing the needle and turning the plunger the
other way (to create suction). It may be possible to order Evert It from
LLL's site:  http://www.lalecheleague.org

I haven't ever used this with any of my clients, but wanted to tell you of
the source.
