If so, you need this book! http://www.perinatalpub.com/

Tom Hales new book will be released next month! (No he did not pay me to
say this!)

Medications and Mothers' Milk
Ninth Edition

Coming in July !!!

The new edition of MMM is on the way. This '2000 edition has a number
of major new changes. With almost 50 new drugs, it also now provides the
user with a new category of information... the Theoretic Infant Dose .
Calculated from published data, the user can now see what the likely dose to
the infant would be in ug/kg/day.

Also new is a new Lactation Risk Category which provides the user a
better interpretation of the true risk of the medication. Each drug is
rated from L1 (Safest) to L5 (Contraindicated) according to a new evaluation
system developed by Dr. Hale.

Also new is the average adult dose, so the reader can compare the
infant's dose received via milk, to the mother's adult dose.

Aside from these new features, a number of new drugs have been added, old
ones updated with new information.

The price is very reasonable and I feel this is a must have for anyone who
helps th breastfeeding mother!
