Gonneke,
I am curious as to why you suggested proteins the mom does not consume
regularly? Was this b/c it seemed to be an isolated incident? In my
experience, it is exactly those proteins the mom consumes regularly that are
the culprits in allergy, so if there is recurrence, that is is where I would
look.
