Anecdotal:
When my sister had her first child (20+y ago) she would get up at sunday
morning, have breakfast and get dressed for church, then change the baby,
waiting with the wet nappy under her bottom for her to poop, get her a clean one
and be off to church. No dirty diapers in between, no pain and an always
lovingly smiling baby!
