Lovenox is a form of heparin. It has a large molecular weight , the size
alone would preclude its entry into human milk (Hale). Hale also says that
the molecular weight is too large to produce clinically relevant milk
levels.
It is given by injection because it would be destroyed in the stomach if
taken orally, so if ANY was in the milk.......... (duh).
Copy the page from Hale and the ordering info, share with doctor :-) He
needs his own copy of the red book. Sincerely, Pat in SNJ
