Actually, my understanding is that the baby will first get the milk from the
SNS where the flow is relatively fast and easily available.  Therefore, the
feeding should begin with the baby at the breast without it, emptying the
breast as thoroughly as possible first, and only then placing the tube in
the baby's mouth.
