Have been reading this discussion with a smile on my face.  reminds me of
the pros and cons of cup feeding vs "finger-feeding."  We do get
passionate, don't we?  I think the key is the usual,   never say never :-)
Many things we do occasionally are appropriate, used on a regular basis,
without thought, they become harmful and/or useless interventions.  It's
