My husband is a gastroenterologist and I asked him this question.  He said
domperidone is not yet available in the US, but it is anxiously awaited by
the GI community.  He has not heard when it will be approved for use in the
US.  He just came back from the big annual GI conference, so if it were going
to be soon he would have heard there.
However I understand that people close to the Canadian border drive up to
pharmacies there to obtain it.  I believe there are also mail order drug
companies, and probably places on line to get it.
