In response to Barbara Latterner's request for comparative data on
fats in human milk and formula, I do not have a quick answer. But I
think it would be helpful for all LCs to be aware of this
comprehensive textbook on human milk as well as bovine and other
animal milks and formulas. It is a first-rate resource, intended for
lab scientists but full of information that LCs with arts degrees like
     me can take in.

Jensen, Robert G. Handbook of Milk Composition. San Diego: Academic
     Press, 1995 ISBN 0 12 384430 4

     Keep it flowing.
     Helen
