You could have the "blobs" sent to pathology to determine what they are. I
don't know what they could be but when you described them as looking like
garden slugs, this seems to coincide with the size/shape of the dilated milk
sinus?? The blood in the first one may be the result of trauma before or
after passing the blob? The rest were not bloody. Very interesting though.
