Hi all

Huell Howser has a show that airs in California on PBS called "Californa's
Gold."  He aired a show a few years ago where he interviewed people who cut
the ice in the Donner Lake area (not far from Tahoe).  There were lots of
historic photos and tried to cut ice on the lake using the old tools.  I
remember something on the sheds that housed the cut ice, but not much more.
I know that past issues are put on videotape and sent to libraries.  There
should also be a web page since the show is very popular out here.
