This is a tricky medication for nursing mothers.  However, we have had
mothers take it and continue breastfeeding.  The babies were fine.  In one
case the mother nursed for a year on azathioprine and cyclosporin (after a
kidney transplant).  The baby did well.

It is, again, a question of risk and benefit.
