I haven't recieved any responses to my question yet so at the risk of being
a pest, I'm going to try one more time.  Even anectdotal experiences or
second hand news is welcome.  I have searched everywhere to try and find
some info on this subject and to no avail.  Impaired let-down while taking
antidepressants is something I experienced myself.  I suspected it for a
long time because I couldn't find any other reason why my milk wasn't coming
down and am one of those women who always feels a let-down as a tingly
tightening.  I have been on Domperidone to correct this problem as it seems
to be OK if my breasts are somewhat full.  Even still, I usually have to do
light stroking from the top outside of the opposite breast down to the
nipple for the MER to start.  I know we are not supposed to use this forum
for personal questions so I want to assure you that this info is also for
the women I counsel in my Postpartum Depression therapy group.
