Um . . . crack babies, fetal alcohol syndrome babies, babies used in
pornographic films, FTT-Ezzo babies.  Need I go on?

You touched a sore spot with me.  It simply is not the case that all women
have accurate knowledge and understanding, or have the motivation, or care
enough to do what is best for their families.  The question becomes then, do
we let the children pay for the sins of the mothers?
