I have a friend who had a baby boy last Friday night in Gloversville NY and is having all sorts of problems with breastfeeding (bottles were introduced by hospital nurses, etc etc)  She has also been given counter-productive advice by the dr and needs help, NOW.  
If you are from that area could you post to me privately ASAP. Thanks.
