What a response to my little post on the handouts. Thank you all for the
nice comments and interest.

If any of you are interested, we will soon have them available in Spanish
translation (now being checked for the final time in three Spanish speaking
countries and by one of our nurses) and also French. They are being
translated into Dutch (I don't suppose there is a huge need for this outside
the Netherlands) and Hebrew (also not a huge need outside Israel, I would
guess). I know they have also been translated into Italian, but I can't
remember by whom, so that's not much use.

If anyone wants the French translations, I can send them to you (version
française *and/or* version québecoise).
