the overbite may be part of a receding chin, often problematic for bf, along
with the large breasts and inverted nipples, truly a challenging situation.
Agree mom needs a super pump to maintain supply and help nipples evert.,
watch dirty diapers too not just wet ones, which i find can be deceiving,
but 10+ sounds excellent, i like to see 4+ good messy poops/day first 4-6
wks. a nipple shield may help baby to latch. maybe you could try one.
positions where the chin is leading and well planted in the breast should
work better.
