Again I would like to point out that there are non-USA LCs and that they do not
have to be terrified to be dragged into court for any mistake they make. I've
said this before, but will say it again, that in some parts of the world (mine
for instance) users have their own responsibility and the professional advising
a device is responsible for good education and instruction on the use and
possible harms with improper use. It's then up to the client/patient to use or
not and to use good or not at his/her own responsibility.
