Good point Pat.  If no symptoms, no treatment, even if the mother has them.
I mean, you can treat the whole family and the pinworms will be back anyway,
because the kids get it from other kids at school.  What a reason to stop
breastfeeding.

By the way, there are other medications for pinworms, if mebendazole is
thought to be contraindicated (which it isn't).
